WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE:
The Miss American Teenager Pageant is a safe place where we encourage girls (and boys) to DREAM BIG and give them a place to safely hone the skills needed to achieve those goals. Through our program we teach perseverance (it took our 2020 Teenager 3 tries to win her dream job), belief in self, the importance of giving back to one's community and to be kind to everyone because we can all use a friend and never know what someone might be going through.
We weigh our three areas of competition equally because we want a well-rounded girl. You don't have to be a straight A student, best model, thinnest or most likely to be voted prettiest by your peers but instead we are looking for girls that are striving to be better than they were the previous day.
We also have many optional competitions because we want to help our girls perfect their skills and achieve her goal of becoming the next big actress, entertainer, model, influencer or something more immediate such as to win election at her school or upcoming debate competition.
Additionally, we create and foster an environment that is built upon a SISTERHOOD of friends who through FUN activities create deep bonds of FRIENDSHIP. Our motto is
SISTERHOOD * FRIENDSHIP * FUN
Our hope is to assist our girls to live out their dreams because our dream is realized each day a girl joins the Miss American Teenager program and our pageant family grows!
